Employees will be required to provide the same notice and where such notice is not provided the employer may withhold wages. This will not effect the right of the company to dismiss any employee without notice for theft, malingering, inefficiency, neglect of duty, violence, intimidation and misconduct, and in such cases wages will be paid up to the time of dismissal only.
